Salithius The Perceptive was the master of Reginald The Sadistic. Reg was killed by Rouse in The Cauldron. Salithius was imprisoned by Willard for a number of months in 1135 but has since escaped and took up his old hobby of necromancy near the northern town of Egersund via a teleportation portal. His lab is physically located in Finnsbury, or so our heroes think.
Sal is quite fond changing his form to resemble that of a little boy enthralled by all things nautical.
